The work package is responsible for project management, reporting to the funder and the project supervisor (interim and final reports), preparation of the steering group meetings, preparation of project procurement and tendering. In addition, the work package will be responsible for the final public report summarizing the results of the project.
The work package also aims to explore the possibilities for further international funding, identify the necessary partners for project cooperation and outline a preliminary draft of a follow-up project.
Outputs of the work package:
1) Interim project reports to the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry.
2) Final project report to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
3) Final public report summarizing the project results (publication e.g., in the Luke report series).
4) Draft project plan for the application for further funding.
