Rovaniemellä järjestettiin 3-4.10.2024 Lapin matkailuparlamentti, joka kokoaa vuosittain yhteen matkailualan yrittäjiä ja muita toimijoita. Tänä vuonna seminaarin teemoina olivat saavutettavuus, ympärivuotisuus, Lapin matkailubrändi, tekoäly, turvallisuus, Lapin matkailumarkkinointi ja matkailuparadigman muutokset. ACAF-hanke oli paikalla seminaarissa keskustelemassa osallistujien kanssa nuorten asemasta matkailualalla sekä kuulemassa Lapin matkailun uusista tuulista. Toukokuussa ACAF-hanke järjesti Rovaniemen Arktikumissa verkostoitumistilaisuuden Arktisen alueen ilmastonmuutokseen sopeutumista tutkiville ja teeman parissa työskenteleville. Iltapäivään mahtui 12 esitystä lumipeitettä käsittelevistä luonnontieteellisistä tutkimuksista aina yhteiskuntatieteellisiin tarkasteluihin luontopohjaisista ratkaisuista ja oikeudenmukaisesta vihreästä siirtymästä sekä alueellisiin ilmasto- ja energiastrategioihin.
